Growing Your Audience Isn't easy...

It's not easy to grow your following, but there are some hacks to help you get there faster.

Hey!

Since leaving at Packaly, I’ve been reading up a lot on how to grow your audience.

It’s clear that having an audience serves like a strong distribution network and can help you launch new ideas with an instant boost.

In the past 4 weeks, you might have noticed more engagement and video’s coming by.

The results are great examples of early traction. I’ve seen some growth on LinkedIn and X and impressions have skyrocketed since then.

So, let’s talk about growing your audience on LinkedIn and X.

Whether you're starting from scratch or trying to break through a plateau, the formula is simpler than you think.

But, spoiler alert—it's going to take consistency.

Here are my top tips for making it happen:

1. Post Every Day

Yep, you heard me right. Post every single day.

If you’re not showing up, you’re invisible.

Consistency is key, and you have to get comfortable with putting yourself out there regularly—even when it feels like no one's watching.

You’re training the algorithm and your audience to expect you.

Pro tip: Don’t overthink it.

Share thoughts, insights, or even lessons learned from your day-to-day.

Keep it real and conversational.

2. Niche Down

Find a niche and stick to it.

You want to become the go-to person for a specific topic.

Not sure what that is?

Ask yourself, what’s one thing I could talk about forever without getting bored?

It could be startup hacks, productivity, or personal branding—but whatever it is, focus in.

When you’re consistent with a niche, people will follow you because they know exactly what they’re signing up for.

3. Engage Daily

It’s not enough to just post.

You’ve got to engage.

I recommend replying to at least 10 posts a day on both platforms.

Meaningful comments and responses go a long way in building connections.

Plus, commenting puts you in front of someone else’s audience, which is a huge win for visibility.

4. Respond to Comments on Your Posts

When people engage with your content, don’t leave them hanging!

Responding to comments keeps the conversation alive and shows your followers you’re there for them.

It builds trust and encourages future interactions.

More engagement = more reach.

It’s a no-brainer.

5. Join boost groups

Yes, you read that right. You are not alone in this.

There are plenty of groups that help each other trigger the algorithm.

Basically as a like for like kinda structure.

They are around, ask your populair friends on LinkedIn and X.

So, growing your audience doesn’t grow overnight, but if you show up, engage, and stay focused, you'll see your audience grow organically.

What’s one thing that’s working for you right now on social media?

I’d love to hear from you!

Until next time,
